Bernard Delfont (born Barnet Winogradsky) was one of Britain's most powerful theatrical impresarios — producer of hundreds of West End shows and chairman of EMI. Born in Tokmak, Ukraine (Russian Empire), he arrived as a child refugee and built a dynasty alongside his brothers Lew Grade and Leslie Grade.
