Tracing the roots — Siberia (Russia)
Born in Siberia and brought to the United States through international adoption, Lark represents the thousands of Russian children who were adopted by American families in the post-Soviet era. His Siberian birth and his American television career make him one of the more poignant examples of the post-Soviet child diaspora in American culture.
