Noah Wyle is an American actor best known for playing Dr. John Carter in ER (NBC, 1994-2009) — one of television's longest-running and most beloved medical dramas. He played the role for all 15 seasons and received 4 Emmy nominations, and later starred in Falling Skies and The Librarians.
